Why flax?

packs. Ice packs can be uncomfortable, but our Flax Pax
are designed to fit the contours of your body and are made
of
soft. cotton flannel. Second, Flax Pax last! Because of
the high oil content of flax, our Flax Pax will retain their
ability to provide heat and cold for as long as you use
them.
Directions for use: You don't have to buy two, but it's
easiest if you keep one Flax Pax in the freezer and one in
the cupboard,
so you always have one ready to go. If you keep one in
the freezer, make sure that it's in a sealed plastic bag
to keep
the moisture from damaging the cotton. Just take it out
of the freezer, and it's ready for use! If you want a hot
pack,
microwave your Flax Pax for 2-3 minutes. To prevent uneven
heating, remove your Flax Pax after each minute in the
microwave and shake it around a bit.
