Gracie’s Green Flax Smoothie

Recipe

  • In a blender combine:
    • Handful of frozen spinach
    • Half a frozen banana
    • 2-3 tbs flax
    • 1 scoop of protein powder
    • 1 tbs almond butter
    • 1 cup almond milk
  • Blend until desired consistency is reached.
